Big Nutbrown Hare and Little Nutbrown Hare are the two central characters in the award winning story book "Guess How Much I love You?" It is the story of two Nutbrown Hares, Big Nutbrown Hare and Little Nutbrown Hare . Although many see them as father and son they are never referred to as such. Little Nutbrown Hare asks Big Nutbrown Hare the titular question, "Guess how much I love you?", and the book continues as the two use larger and larger measures to quantify how much they love each other in answer to the question. The story is simple, but effectively shows the love the two share for each other.
Beswick - Bryn Parry
Bryn Parry has been cartooning full time since 1985 when he resigned his commission in the Royal Green Jackets and came home from teaching jungle warfare in Queensland and turn his hobby into a new career. d thye even supplied the White House in 1993. Towards the end of the Nineties he changed the emphasis to more 'cartoony' designs and in 2000 his first book and seven more books followed in the years after. Doulton Character Figures
Royal Doulton have produced both real life and fictional characters from all walks of life including literature, history and the theatre. Collectors often collect with a theme in mind e.g.. Seafarers, Military, Childhood Memories and Street Sellers. This section contains characters both in and out of production figures.
Doulton Dickens
Introduced in the 1930's originally as a set of 18 figures these miniature Dickens figures portray many of the famous characters from Charles Dickens famous novels. The first 18 had a backstamp which simply said "Doulton England". In 1949 six further figures were added and the back stamp on all of the figures was changed to the more familiar line and crown. All 24 figures are available in both bone china and fine china and the backstamps vary accordingly as does the size, as bone china shrinks to a smaller size in the firing process.

Impressive Figures & Character Jugs issued in limited editions depict Elvis Presley in scenes from the 50's, 60's and the 1970's. Giftware is also included in this section.
Royal Doulton Ladies
Royal Doulton have produced more fair ladies then any other type of figure. Many collectors theme their collection by family names, colour or even just accessories e.g.. fans, books or flowers.
Royal Doulton Character Jugs
Otherwise known as face jugs, Character Jugs normally in the image of human beings were first launched by Royal Doulton in 1934. Since that date there have been over 400 different subjects many produced in all three standard sizes.
Royal Crown Derby - (In Production)
Six paperweights, originally launched in 1981, were the fore runners of in excess of two hundred paperweights that have now been created many of which have become collectors items increasing in value dramatically. This section shows our current stock, all of which are in production and in perfect condition. Most are brand new but competitively priced below the recommended selling price.

Beswick
In 1994 the John Beswick factory celebrated its centenary of producing a wide variety of pottery items from advertising ware to tea services. Included within this section is our current stock of those items not themed elsewhere, mainly animals and character pieces but all of which bear a Beswick Backstamp.
Beatrix Potter
Produced by with a variety of Beswick & Royal Albert backstamps from 1948 until 2002 when the licence to produce them expired. This section contains our current stock of the life like portrayal of these famous characters as drawn by Beatrix Potter in her famous stories.
Doulton Miniature Figures
Miniature ladies come in three distinct sections. The M series produced between 1932 and 1939, the HN figures produced in the late 80's and early 90's (3.5-4.5" in height) and a brand new M series numbered from M201 onwards which are only 2" (5cm) in height. All are excellent versions of larger figures produced by Royal Doulton.
Bunnykins
Originally created in the 1930's by Barbara Vernon, a young nun and daughter of Cuthbert Bailey, the then managing Director of Royal Doulton. They are all bunny rabbits in everyday and historical poses which appeal to both the child and adult audience. Many are limited editions. Many themes can be used to limit the collection such as circus characters or sporting.
Royal Worcester Moments
First designed in 2000 this figures were specially designed to capture those treasured moments of childhood and relationships. Made in England from Fine Bone China. A subtle colour is added in the production process to create a warmth yet still achieve a sharpness of detail.
Royal Worcester - Figures
Royal Worcester have been producing collectors figures since the early 20th century. Their range includes Figures of the Year, Ladies of the British Isles and both boys and girls representing the Days of the Week poem which make excellent Christening presents for the younger child and wonderfully different Birthday Presents that show some thought has gone into the present. Coalport - Birthstones
Each month of the year has an associated birthstone and this sassy new collection takes its inspiration from these gems. Each hand painted porcelain figure is decorated in a colour to complement the stone of the month. The dresses are young, with a designer edge, accompanied by miniature accessories. These make perfect gifts for birthdays and other special occasions.

Doulton Animals
Animals have been a major range from Royal Doulton which they first started to produce in the late 19th century. This section contains our current stock all animals, produced with the Royal Doulton backstamp including a brand new range introduced in 2003.
Noddy Collection
Enid Blyton's enchanting stories of Noddy's adventures have been brought to life in the form of 4 hand painted earthenware figures plus giftware including a savings book. The quality porcelain 2 & 3 piece sets come in a reusable, eye catching Noddy tin. The other items are individually boxed.
Winnie The Pooh
From the books of A.A. Milne, Winnie the Pooh is named after a bear cub brought back from Winnipeg during the First World War by Harry Colebourn. It now outsells Mickey Mouse and is Disney's most popular character. Loved by child and adult alike, with prices from just £20 these characters make wonderful presents both for that special loved one and for occasions like Christenings and Birthdays.
Winnie the Pooh - Enesco
Based on the classic Winnie the Pooh by A.A. Milne these pieces are for the true collector and include large size figures and enamel spoons. They make excellent christening and birthday presents.
Brambly Hedge
These wonderful mice were the concept of Jill Barklem and the characters in the stories which were originally produced and published in two dimensional form in 1980. Launched in three dimensional form in 1983 in excess of sixty three figures have now been produced by Royal Doulton along with over 100 pieces of tableware all decorated in scenes adapted from Jill Barklem stories. Many of the pieces are discontinued.
101 Dalmatians
These characters are perfect portrayals of the characters from the original story brought to the big screen by Walt Disney. Issued between 1997 and 2000 all of the pieces are no longer produced.
Snow White - Doulton
Everybody's favourite, Snow White and the seven dwarves were originally produced by Royal Doulton in 1998 and withdrawn in 2002. In 2004 they introduced a second series which consists of nine pieces and a limited edition tableau of the seven dwarves. The nine pieces in the general range are competitively priced below the recommended selling price.
Cat's Chorus
A group of 10 cats 9 of which are playing instruments and the 10th is the lead singer. Introduced under the Beswick backstamp in 1998 and withdrawn in 2001
Country Folk
Introduced in 1993 and withdrawn in 1999 the English Country Folk series depicts animals found in the country side in typical county dress. Eleven pieces complete the collection including three colourways each issued in limited editions of 2000.
Snowman - Doulton
Produced by Royal Doulton from 1985 until 1994 a total of 19 figures plus other figure type giftware and tableware reconstructed much of Raymond Briggs famous story about The Snowman.
Snowman - Coalport
The Snowman from Coalport Characters have been produced since 2002 to the 2008. The limited edition pieces quickly sold out and made large premiums on the secondary market. This section contains all of our current stock all of which is discontinued from current production.
Wallace & Gromit - Coalport
In 2003 Coalport teamed up with Ardmann, the inventors of Wallace & Gromit to bring the stars of the stories to three dimensional characters. The result is these wonderful sculptures some of which are limited editions and very hard to find.
Mr Men & Little Miss
Little Miss and Mr Men were the brain child of Roger Hargreaves and between 1999 and 2001 41 characters were produced by Royal Doulton. 22 Little Miss figures and 19 Mr Men Figures.
Cartoon Characters - Doulton
This section contains those comedy characters produced by Royal Doulton that do not fit neatly into any of our other main categories or are part of a series not that well known to Portia.
Minton
Taking its cue from British aristocratic standards, Minton has been the mark of excellence in elegant giftware since 1793. The Tea Pots are fantastic copies of those produced in the early 19th century.

Painted Fruit, Ornamental Boxes and Money Boxes in the form of china books make up this range. The money boxes are themed around Days of the week and famous children's books and artists from the world of literature.

St. Tiggywinkles
Thirteen pieces that make up a series entitled St Tiggywinkles named after the famous animal charity. Produced in resin between 1997 and 1998 some of these figures are extremely rare.
Little Mermaid - Doulton
These characters are perfect portrayals of the characters from the original story brought to the big screen by Walt Disney. Issued between 2002 and 2003 all of the pieces are no longer produced.
Frosty Family
Exclusive to Royal Doulton, the Frosty Family is an original concept, with a new range of bone china family figures all set for Christmas. Each hand-made and hand-painted piece comes gift boxed with a certificate.
Animals - Coalport
Animals from Coalport were not common and 26 white animals with brown outlining were made between 1975 and 1982. Other animals have also been produced. Currently sweet and lovable, baby rabbits and birds frolic and play, melting the hardest heart. Four new fine bone china figurines have arrived to bring joy to the legions of 'Animal Moments’ collectors
